American Greetings owned kiwee.com was desperately needing a redesign and restructure of their site and content. The business goals were to enhance the user experience, increase retention rate, decrease bail rate, and drive more traffic through top search engines. First we came up with initial wireframes for placement of key objects that we knew would be an important part to the user experience, after which we redesigned the look and feel, and integrated these key parts into the new layout. We restructured the navigation, and hit on key words we knew people were finding kiwee.com and their competition through and worked those into the main areas of the homepage.

After a good amount of work, we launched and tested... to this day we are still pulling data from the site that keeps showing the importance of usability and user experience! Needless to say we met, and exceeded our goals for the site.
